  • MAWP (Maximum Allowable Working Pressure) - 75 psi at 250° F

  • MDMT (Minimum Design Metal Temperature) - -20° F at 75 psi

This appears to be the ultimate solution to the overheating problem in fermentation.

Note - this item is sitting on a full-size (12” x 20”) perforated sheet pan to get it up out of the grass, pans also available under Vollrath category.
