Temperature Gauges / Pressure Regulators
Having an assortment of temperature gauges and pressure regulators is essential to insuring that your product will maintain its quality and flavor, as I understand.
How the Micro Matic two assemblies were used is not for me to guess, but I have left each of them intact for your benefit. Generally, the manufacturer, Micro Matic, says the following:
“Safely control the flow of CO2 with our Premium Plus low pressure primary co2 gas regulator beer. For added safety, this model has an integrated pressure relief valve that vents if pressures exceed 55-65 PSI. This primary regulator comes with an output gauge that monitors pressure up to 60 PSI to provide you options for different beers while the tank gauge has a 0-3000 PSI range so you know how much pressure remains in your cylinder.”
(A) Ashcroft Sanitary Pressure Gauges 30psi
High quality stainless steel gauge with a 1 .5” tri-clamp fitting. Six sets of 2 each available.
(B) Micro Matic 3-Gauge Regulator Assembly:
GN1773 Premium Series Dual Gauge Primary Nitrogen Low-Pressure Regulator
secondary CO2 keg beer regulator panel - 3 gauges - 0-60 PSI - 3 Pressures - 3 Kegs
two mounting brackets for the secondary gauges
3 - 36” hoses, each with in-line valve and a barbed disconnect
(C) Micro Matic 2-gauge CO2 Beer Regulator Assembly:
The primary gauges monitors pressure 0-60 lbs and the tank gauge 0-3000 psi.
3/8" O.D. barbed outlet with shut-off valve
safety relief valve releases at 55-65 PSI
hose with in-line valve and barbed disconnect
(D) Tel-Tru Pressure Gauge - 0-15 psi, 1/4" NPT (Model 50B?)
(E) Sabco Industries - 250° Thermometer - F° and C°
(F) Reotemp 250° Thermometer - F° and C° - assembly with sanitary fittings (316 Tees, two barbed 1/2” flare fittings, one 1/4”)
(G) Sani-Tech 100 psi pressure gauge with flexible polypropylene gauge guard
(H) Oxygen Regulator - Dual Gauge (purchased new in 2004)
All 2003 vintage product, lightly used, in like-new condition. When something is worth doing, it is worth overdoing.
