Vollrath Stainless Steel Compartment Mess Trays - Sets of 8
Vollrath Stainless Steel Military Compartment Serving Tray # 47252.
Dimensions: 12 inches x 15.5 inches with six compartments.
These are often referred to as a mess trays, likely because they were used by the military. While they have nothing to with brewing, these look great under pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, baked beans, collard greens, chips and peach cobbler. The military should be so lucky. I will keep a few for my camper and for my daughter’s family - they love them for Indian meals and they are compact.
The majority are new - to the tune of 80-some - never used. The rest have been used as evidenced by knife marks where the main dish was aggressively attacked.
Because I have a whole mess of them, so to speak, so am listing them in groups of 8 each.
